Cupcakes Natalícios

Ingredientes:
Base
2 Chávenas de Farinha de Trigo
2 Chávenas de Chocolate em Pó
2 Chávenas de Açúcar Refinado
2 Colheres de chá de Fermento
2 Ovos
2 Chávenas de Leite Meio-Gordo
½ Chávena de Óleo
2 Colheres de Chá de Essência de Baunilha
Cobertura
2 Pacotes de Natas para bater
4 Colheres de Sopa de Açúcar
Coco ralado q.b.

Num recipiente junta a farinha, o chocolate, o açúcar refinado e o fermento. Mexe e reserva. Noutra tigela bate os ovos, adicionando-lhe de seguida o leite, o óleo e a baunilha. Mistura os dois preparados até obter uma massa sem caroços. Deita a massa nas formas dos cupcakes e leva-os ao forno por 40 minutos. Para uma cobertura perfeita basta bater as natas e o açúcar! Retira os cupcakes do forno, cobre-os com o creme de natas e açúcar e polvilha-os com coco ralado.

Doce de Abóbora na Bimby

Ingredientes:

500g de Abóbora
300g de Açúcar
1 Laranja
1 Pau de Canela(facultativo)

Preparação:

Descasca-se e limpa-se abóbora dos fios e corta-se aos cubos. Descasca-se a laranja e retiram-se os caroços. Coloque este ingredientes no copo e junte o açúcar, triture a gosto (20 seg. Vel.5).

Para a variação de doce de abóbora com nozes, juntei uma colher de sopa mal cheia de canela em pó e juntei nozes previamente trituradas.

Para quem seja um pouquinho gulosa, aconselho a juntar mais 100g de açúcar.

A idéia pareceu-me excelente só que, nunca tinha feito nada do gênero. Lá fui eu para casa toda entusiasmada. É certo que tive de olhar duas ou três vezes para as instruções com receio de pôr os pés pelas mãos, mas lá arranjei coragem e .... o resultado está à vista.
